Feedback.super.so
An update from Dalibor, CEO of Super — about feedback.super.so and what’s next
Hello everyone,
I’m Dalibor Jaroš, CEO of Super, and I’d like to personally share an important update about how we will handle feature requests and feedback going forward.
Over the past months, I’ve spent a lot of time reviewing how feedback.super.so was being used. Even though many of you shared valuable ideas there, the truth is that the platform was never maintained in the way it truly deserved. It lived outside of our main customer support workflows, which meant that feedback was being processed separately from the conversations we have with you every day.
This created misaligned expectations — it wasn’t always clear what we were working on or how individual requests were being evaluated.
For this reason, I decided to close feedback.super.so. Everything has been safely archived, including all feature requests, and nothing will be lost in our internal planning.
Current priorities of the Super team
As I mentioned in communications roughly two months ago, our top priority right now is stability, reliability, and delivering exactly what our customers are paying for — ahead of releasing new features.
This is where most of our engineering capacity is focused at the moment.
That said, I can share that several larger updates are currently in development, along with a number of items that originated directly from feedback.super.so. These are already being evaluated or are actively progressing in our backlog.
To keep everyone informed, all newly implemented improvements and fixes continue to be published in our changelog here:
How to send feedback going forward
From now on, the most effective way to share suggestions or requests is through our in-app support chat.
Your input will reach the right people immediately and will be directly connected to our customer service workflows.
If for any reason you prefer not to contact support, you can also use our new weekly-reviewed feedback form. This form will be personally reviewed by me and our backlog lead every single week:
Introducing: Super Inner Circle
To deepen our collaboration with our most engaged users, we’re launching something new — the Super Inner Circle.
Once per quarter, starting February 1st, 2025, we’ll host a small online session where I, together with our backlog lead, will talk directly with a selected group of top users about ideas, improvements, and the future of Super.
Because your time is valuable, participants will be compensated for attending these sessions.
If you’d like to be considered for the Super Inner Circle, you can apply here until the end of the year:
More information will follow after you submit the form.
I want to sincerely thank you for being part of Super. Your ideas and feedback remain incredibly valuable, and I’m excited to work even more closely with you in this new setup.
Warm regards,
Dalibor Jaroš
CEO, Super
