To rename your Notion workspace:
1. Click on the ‘Settings & members’ option in the Notion sidebar
2. Access the ‘Settings’ menu under the ‘Workspace’ section and edit the name of your Notion workspace
3. Update the workspace settings and confirm saving changes
4. Ensure that the workspace name has changed in the top-left corner of your screen
Let’s dive into details.
1. Click on the ‘Settings & members’ menu in the Notion sidebar
The current name of the workspace in our example is ‘DigiGrow’, as visible at the top of the Notion sidebar in the following screenshot.
In this guide, we will walk you through the process of changing the name to ‘DigiGrow Workspace’.
Start by clicking on ‘Settings & members’. This will prompt Notion to display the settings screen where you can make changes at the Account and Workspace levels.

2. Click on ‘Settings’ under the workspace section
Inside the ‘Settings’ view, you will find the current name of the workspace — DigiGrow in our example.
3. Edit the name of the Notion workspace
Click on the text box containing the current name of the workspace, select all the text, and delete it. Next, type in the new name of the workspace and click on ‘Update’ to change the name.
4. Confirm the change of name
You are now back on your Notion page. Look towards the top of the Notion sidebar, the new name of the workspace should be visible there.
