Each row of a Notion database is a page by default, but the process of adding existing pages to the database is a bit different.
This guide covers that in depth.
We will move an existing page created for a newly onboarded employee to the central employee database displayed in the below image.
1. Click the six-dots icon next to the page and select the Move to option
Go to the folder containing the page for the new employee, click the six-dots icon that appears when you hover over it, and click the Move to option.
2. Select the database into which you want to move the page
3. Add properties to newly added page
Add properties to the Notion page by filling out the blank cells in the row.
