What is this about?
Your main responsibility will be online communication with our customers and users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and thoroughly. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day better.
As an online support agent, you will:
→ Advise customers on Super.so features
→ Assist with setup and configuration of customer websites
→ Investigate and report bugs to the team
→ Communicate with the team about improvements and related matters
This is a part-time role—ideally about 2–3 hours per day on average in the GMT-4 or GMT+2 time zone.
Reward: up to $20 per hour
