Super Membership Tester & Lifetime PRO Challenge
Version: 1.0 - September 8, 2026
Effective date: September 8, 2026
These Official Program Rules (the Rules) govern the Super Membership Tester & Lifetime PRO Challenge (the Program). By applying for or participating in the Program, each participant agrees to these Rules, Super's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreement. If these Rules conflict with the Terms of Service solely in relation to the Program, these Rules control to that limited extent.
This is a skill- and performance-based beta testing program. Rewards are determined by verified completion order and not by chance. No random drawing will be conducted.
1. Sponsor
The Program is sponsored by Super Publishing Co., with its registered office at 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901, United States, represented for the Program by Dalibor Jaroš, CEO (Sponsor, Super, we, us or our). Program questions may be sent to hello@super.so.
2. Program Period
The Program begins when the official application page is first made publicly accessible and applications are enabled, as recorded by Super's server logs (Start Time). It ends at the earlier of: (a) the time when five Valid Completions have been verified and all five available rewards have been provisionally allocated; or (b) 30 consecutive 24-hour periods after the Start Time (Program Period). Super's systems and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) are the official timekeeping devices.
Applications, member logins or completion claims received before or after the Program Period do not qualify unless Super expressly extends the Program in writing under Section 13.
3. Eligibility
The Program is open only to an individual or authorized representative of a business who, at the time of application:
- is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- is permitted to open and use a Super account under Super's Terms of Service and all laws applicable to that person;
- has a Super account in good standing and a live Super website eligible to use the Membership beta feature;
- has authority to connect the relevant Notion workspace and database to Super;
- has an existing lawful audience or a lawful method of obtaining members; and
- can comply with applicable privacy, electronic marketing, consumer protection and other laws.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and contractors directly involved in administering the Program, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. The Program is available in the same territories in which eligible users may lawfully use Super under the Terms of Service, but is void in any territory where the Program, its rewards or the participant's involvement is prohibited or would require Sponsor to register, obtain a permit or satisfy a local requirement that Sponsor has not satisfied. Participation through agents, automated services or multiple identities is prohibited.
Super may approve or reject an application based on technical compatibility, readiness, support capacity and legitimate program needs. Approval as a tester does not guarantee a reward. Unless Super states otherwise in writing, there is no fixed maximum number of Approved Testers; the first five Approved Testers to achieve a Valid Completion receive the rewards described below.
4. How to Participate
To participate, an eligible applicant must complete all of the following during the Program Period:
- Submit the official tester application and accept these Rules.
- Receive confirmation from Super that the applicant has been accepted as an Approved Tester.
- Connect and launch the Super Membership feature on one live Super website using a Notion integration token and an eligible Notion member database.
- Invite or otherwise lawfully add real members and make the gated site available to them.
- Achieve at least 20 Eligible Members, each of whom successfully logs in to the connected site during the Program Period.
- Submit any completion form or evidence reasonably requested by Super for verification.
No purchase is required solely to apply. A live Super site and access to the beta feature are required for technical participation. Where a paid Super subscription is required for the selected configuration, that requirement will be clearly disclosed before participation and does not introduce any element of chance into reward selection.
5. Eligible Members and Valid Completion
5.1 Eligible Member
An Eligible Member is one unique, genuine natural person who:
- is represented by a unique, valid email address in the Approved Tester's connected Notion member database;
- has been lawfully added and contacted by the Approved Tester;
- successfully completes at least one authenticated login to the relevant Super site during the Program Period; and
- is not the Approved Tester, a member of the Approved Tester's team used solely for testing, a Super employee, a bot, a duplicate, a fabricated identity or an account created principally to manipulate the Program.
Email aliases, temporary or disposable addresses, repeated logins by the same person, purchased or scraped contacts, and people added without an appropriate legal basis do not count. Super may request proportionate evidence necessary to establish eligibility while minimizing disclosure of personal data.
5.2 Valid Completion
A Valid Completion occurs only when Super verifies that an Approved Tester has satisfied every requirement in Section 4 and has at least 20 Eligible Members. The Validated Completion Time is the later of: (a) the server-recorded time of the twentieth Eligible Member's first successful login; and (b) the server-recorded time Super receives the tester's required completion claim or evidence.
If two Valid Completions have the same Validated Completion Time to the precision recorded by Super's systems, the earlier server-recorded time of the twentieth Eligible Member's login controls; if still tied, the earlier complete tester application controls. Super will apply these criteria consistently and in good faith.
6. Verification and Ranking
Super may use account records, Membership authentication logs, connected-database status and information supplied by the tester solely as reasonably necessary to verify completion, prevent fraud and administer the Program. A displayed member count or automated notification is provisional until verification is complete.
Super will notify provisional recipients using the email associated with their Super account. A recipient must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility confirmation within five business days. Failure to respond, inability to verify completion, or a material breach of these Rules may result in disqualification and allocation of the reward to the next eligible tester.
7. Rewards
7.1 First Valid Completion - Lifetime PRO
The Approved Tester with the earliest Validated Completion Time will receive a PRO subscription without recurring subscription charges for one eligible Super website selected by the recipient (Lifetime PRO Reward). Usage charges, overages, third-party charges, taxes, add-ons and services not ordinarily included in the PRO plan are excluded.
For this reward, Lifetime means for as long as Super continues to operate and commercially offer the PRO plan, or a substantially comparable successor plan, provided that the recipient's account remains active and in good standing. Lifetime does not mean the natural life of the recipient and does not require Super to operate indefinitely or maintain any particular feature, plan name or technical architecture indefinitely.
The recipient must designate the eligible website within 30 days after confirmation. The reward applies to that website only and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or moved to another website or account without Super's prior written approval. The ordinary feature, fair-use and technical limits of the applicable PRO plan continue to apply.
7.2 Valid Completions 2-5 - Membership Access and Credit
Each of the Approved Testers ranked second through fifth will receive:
- access to the Super Membership feature without the recurring Membership-feature fee for as long as the recipient maintains an active paid Super subscription in good standing and Super continues to offer the Membership feature or a substantially comparable successor feature; and
- USD 84 in promotional account credit applied to the recipient's Super account.
The underlying paid Super subscription is not included and must continue to be paid by the recipient. The USD 84 credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and will be applied to eligible future Super subscription charges before the recipient's payment method is charged. Unused credit remains available while the account is open and in good standing, unless applicable law requires different treatment.
7.3 General Reward Terms
Approximate retail value: The Lifetime PRO Reward currently has a retail value of USD 28 per month (USD 336 per 12-month period). Its total value cannot be determined in advance because it depends on the duration of the reward. Each second-through-fifth reward includes USD 84 in promotional account credit, plus lifetime access to the Membership feature. The Membership feature is currently a limited-access feature, is not available for separate purchase, and therefore has no established retail value.
Rewards are non-transferable and no cash substitution is available, except that Super may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated reward becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control. Recipients are responsible for all taxes, reporting and costs not expressly included. Rewards will normally be applied within 15 business days after verification and acceptance.
8. Participant Responsibilities
Each participant is solely responsible for:
- the content, operation and promotion of their site and membership offering;
- obtaining all permissions and legal bases required to collect, add, contact and authenticate members;
- providing members with any privacy notice and marketing opt-out required by applicable law;
- not using purchased, scraped, unlawfully shared or misleadingly obtained contact lists;
- keeping Notion credentials and integration tokens secure and granting only necessary permissions;
- promptly handling member requests concerning access, correction, deletion and marketing preferences; and
- ensuring that claims made to their audience about the Membership service are accurate and not misleading.
Super's statement that an existing database may be used is conditional on the participant having the legal right to use that database for this purpose. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Super.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Program applicant data will be processed by Super to administer the Program, communicate with applicants, provide support, verify completion, prevent abuse, apply rewards and comply with legal obligations, as described in Super's Privacy Policy.
For member data contained in the participant's connected Notion workspace, the participant ordinarily determines the purposes and essential means of processing and is responsible as controller or business under applicable law. To the extent Super processes that member data solely to provide the Membership service on the participant's instructions, Super acts as processor or service provider under the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Super may act as an independent controller for limited account-security, fraud-prevention, legal-compliance and Program-verification processing where Super determines those purposes and means.
Member data may be technically transmitted to, accessed by or temporarily stored in Super's systems and approved subprocessors even if the authoritative member list remains in the participant's Notion workspace. Participants must not represent that member email addresses are processed exclusively by Notion unless that statement is technically and legally accurate.
Participants authorize Super to process the minimum member and event data reasonably necessary to verify Program completion. Super will not require participants to publicly disclose member lists. International transfers and subprocessor use are governed by Super's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
10. Beta Feature and Support
Membership is a beta or pre-release feature and may contain errors, experience interruptions, change during testing or be discontinued. Participants should not use the beta feature for emergency, safety-critical or legally prohibited purposes and should maintain appropriate backups of their Notion data.
Super currently intends to offer up to two scheduled online support sessions per business day during the active challenge. Session times, time zones, capacity and availability will be communicated to Approved Testers and may change. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and does not guarantee successful setup, promotion, completion or a reward. A tester will not be disadvantaged solely because a scheduled session was unavailable; Super may provide a reasonable alternative where appropriate.
11. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification
Super may disqualify a participant, exclude members from the count or revoke a provisional reward where it reasonably determines, based on documented evidence, that the participant has:
- used bots, scripts, fabricated or duplicate identities, disposable email addresses or coordinated sham accounts;
- misrepresented login activity, ownership, eligibility or completion time;
- accessed or attempted to access another person's account or data without authorization;
- sent unlawful spam, used unlawfully obtained data or violated member privacy rights;
- interfered with the Program, Super's systems or another participant;
- harassed Super staff or other participants; or
- materially violated these Rules or Super's Terms of Service.
Before final disqualification, Super will ordinarily give the participant notice of the relevant issue and a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless immediate action is necessary for security, privacy, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
12. Feedback and Publicity
Participants may provide suggestions, bug reports and other feedback. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, feedback is non-confidential and the participant grants Super a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into its products and services without compensation or attribution. This license does not transfer ownership of the participant's website content or member database.
Super may identify or feature a recipient, their business and their site only with the recipient's prior consent, except where disclosure is required by law. Consent to publicity is not a condition of receiving a reward where prohibited.
13. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation
Super may reasonably extend, suspend, modify or cancel the Program if fraud, technical failure, platform changes, security incidents, legal requirements or circumstances beyond Super's reasonable control materially affect fair administration. Any change will be published or communicated to Approved Testers as soon as reasonably practicable.
Super will not use this clause to avoid granting a reward already validly earned and verified, except where granting it would be unlawful or technically impossible. Where practicable, Super will preserve completed rankings, extend deadlines or provide a fair alternative before cancelling the Program.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Program, beta feature and support are provided subject to the warranties, exclusions and limitations in Super's Terms of Service. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Super is not responsible for a participant's unlawful marketing, unauthorized use of contact data, promises made to members, third-party services including Notion, or failures caused by the participant's systems or connectivity. Each participant remains responsible for claims arising from their own unlawful or unauthorized collection, use or communication of member data, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing Terms and Miscellaneous
These Rules and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any valid arbitration provision in Super's Terms of Service and any non-waivable applicable law, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over Program disputes. This provision does not deprive a participant of mandatory consumer protections or forum rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. Super's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only. These Rules and the incorporated policies form the complete terms of the Program and supersede inconsistent promotional statements concerning it.
