Notion is a great tool for professionals and freelancers. It provides all capabilities you need to create a professional portfolio or resume. However, not everyone uses Notion and you might have to share your page in PDF format for their easy access.
This guide will walk you through the process of exporting a Notion page to PDF.
1. Open the Notion page you want to export as a PDF
We will use the page in the below image for reference.
2. Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select Export.
3. In the export options, choose the PDF format.
Before finalizing the export, you can customize the following settings:
1. Include database
If your page has a database, you can choose to export the default view or the current view.
2. Include content
This option allows you to remove images and media from the backup version.
3. Page format
Select from A4, A3, Letter (default), Legal, or Tabloid.
4. Scale percentage
The default is 100%, but you can adjust the scale up or down.
If you have a Notion Business subscription, you can also customize the export settings for any subpages.
Once you've configured the export settings, click the Export button. Then, select the local folder where you want to save the exported PDF file and click Save.
Next, select the local folder where you want to export and click on the Save button as indicated in the below screenshot.
