You can easily launch and market your product, service, or professional profile by creating a simple landing page. Start with a template or make your own from scratch – Super will take it online.
Landing page for a call to action
What’s the difference between a homepage and a landing page? A homepage allows visitors to browse and explore your site — they may look at different pages depending on their reason for visiting.
But if you're looking to capture leads, get people in touch with you, or promote a product, a landing page can help you do it. Landing pages can work stand-alone and are distraction-free because the goal is straightforward—to convert.
Why use a landing page?
A landing page can be useful for product and service-based businesses, creators, and anyone who wants their idea online fast without building a multi-page site. With a landing page you can:
- Introduce your brand, product, or service to first-time visitors (without building a multi-page site)
- Collect leads
- Promote an offer, new product or feature, or demo request
- Prompt visitors to buy or download a free, paid, or gated product
- Guide users into your sales funnel
- Share a webinar, video tutorial, or testimonial
- Show the most relevant reviews and product features to your target audience
How to create a landing page
If you’re new to building sites with Super, check out our how to get started guide or browse our custom templates if you want to fast track your landing page.
For a landing page that focuses on a particular goal, you only need a simple design with a few key elements:
Clear headline
Add a headline that effectively describes the purpose of your landing page or the value you bring. For example, “Become the first to try our product” or “Keep all your data in safe hands.” Type /heading or /h1 in your Notion page to set it up.
Description of your offer
Using simple and straight-to-the-point language, describe your offer and why your site visitors should act on it. Consider including other user testimonials or visually display data that show the benefits of your product or service.
Try a mix of H2 and H3 headings, paragraphs, bullet points, callouts, quotes, dividers, and other Notion blocks to make your landing page more compelling.
Add photos or videos (or both)
Break up your landing page using visual elements — photos, product mockups, videos, graphics, and animations. Humans are visual creatures, so design elements like these can effectively keep site visitors engaged and help process the information.
Add a call to action
No landing page is complete without a call to action Notion button. Add an email signup form, a contact form, a link to buy, or any other element that makes your site visitors take action based on the goal of your landing page.
Customize your site
Capture your site visitors’ attention with a visually engaging site by customizing the look and feel of your landing page. You can do this via the Super theme designer, or by using a custom template.
Connect your custom domain
To optimize your site for search engines, we recommend connecting a custom domain. Search engines and visitors will be more confident about your website if you choose a simple domain name or one related to your business or industry.
